Arizona Republic 300 = 2500

From the Arizona Republic:
“That’s why she was one of the estimated 2,500 anti-war demonstrators Saturday at the No War in Iraq Rally and March at Patriot’s Square Park in Phoenix. ”
Well, we expected the press to exaggerate the size of the protest, but 2500! We were there. 300 is a more accurate estimate.
And of course, the Republic didn’t mention that there were counter-protesters. Even Phoenix, Arizona’s main newspaper is left-wing (which many of us have known for years).
