Perhaps some folks use it as an excuse. Also, while it is clear that Debka publishes only information that is neutral or in Israel's interests, it is not clear that it is operated by, as opposed to frequently informed by Mossad. Do you have evidence that it is a Mossad front end? It certainly has a large amount of information that later is later independently discovered and verified by mainstream US press, which is anti-Israeli. Some (a lot) of it is pure propaganda though. I can distinguish between the two most of the time. I think I've learned how to read it pretty well.
