Hans Blix today said: “To me the question of the environment is more ominous than that of peace and war. ”
No wonder this guy can’t find his nose with either finger! It apparently hasn’t occurred to Mr. Blix that environmental progress can only be made by free countries; that dictators have no use for environmental issues; that the USSR was the worst polluter on the planet.
It hasn’t occurred to him that nations at war rarely worry about the environment. Perhaps he failed to notice Saddam’s envirocide during the last conflict where he set thousands of wells on fire and created the largest oil spill in history.
Mr. Blix is a fool. He is a useful fool to France and the USSR, but he is a fool.
