The following revealing exchange happened between Kerry and Neil Cavuto on Fox News.
Kerry was proposing increasing taxes on Americans who make over $200,000.
Referring to Kerry’s personal benefit from Bush’s tax cut (which would go away under this proposal), Cavuto asked Kerry:
