Don't Miss Behind the Scenes: Swift Boat Veterans vs. John Kerry

New Revelation: Kerry in Hurricane in Vietnam

Sat August 14th, 2004 13:25 MST

John Kerry feels the pain of those in the path of Hurricane Charley.

John Kerry told survivors that he too had been in a Hurricane, while George Bush had not.Kerry reported for the first time a secret mission that put him in a Hurricane[*] on his Swift Boat in Vietnam (or maybe Cambodia - he’s not sure). The purpose was to put an undercover special forces weatherman as close to the eye as possible, to evaluate the use of Hurricanes[*] as weapons. Kerry said he was personally ordered to this mission by Chuck Colson of the Nixon Administration, just before Christmas, 1968, while recovering from his wounds from Cam Rahn Bay that earned him his first purple heart. Admitting that the use of Hurricanes as weapons of war was a war crime, Kerry said “we all did war crimes, day by day, with the full knowledge of our superiors at all level. So what’s the big deal?”

That’s especially funny since Nixon wasn’t President in 1968.

Yep. What’s really funny is that Kerry really did claim to spend Christmas in Cambodia in 1968, under Nixon.

Don’t give this guy any suggestions. Bob Dylan will be tapped to pen the Ballad of Hurricane Kerry. But instead of cops abusing the innocent, Nixon will the indifferent, cruel and tyrannical authority pushing around the hero in the boat.

WHY ARE THE MEDIA AND THE BUSH CAMPAIGN IGNORING THE SINGLE ISSUE THAT CAN SINK THE KERRY/EDWARDS CAMPAIGN?

The most salient fact about Kerry’s military career, that is the center piece of his campaign, is that two thirds of his comrades hate him.

This is the issue that can determine the outcome of this election; if we can get the word out. But this is proving to be exceedingly difficult. For example, hundreds of Vietnam Veterans demonstrated outside the Fleet Center on the last two days of the Democratic National Convention including massing in front of Kerry’s Beacon Hill mansion face to face with State Police Swat Teams and Secret Service Agents.

And most of the media ignored us, even FOX. What’s up with that? The following links describe our experiences those nights and include a few pictures I took of the situation:

    http://pep.typepad.com/photos/viet_vets_at_the_dnc/index.html

This issue will have no impact on the 30% of the electorate, who hate Bush and often America, but it will keep some Bush haters from voting and it will flip enough of the undecided to totally preclude a Kerry victory. Ninety percent of the electorate has made up its mind already and they split evenly. We only have to tilt a few undecideds our way and encourage a few to stay home and George W. Bush will win!

For example, I recently asked a Viet Vet buddy if he knew any Viet Vets who liked Kerry and he thought for a moment. He then said “I know two guys who hate Bush, but they can’t stand Kerry either.”

Everyone who wants to win the war on Terrorism must ask this question of every waffling voter they know:

IF TWO THIRDS OF JOHN KERRY’S FELLOW VETERANS HATE HIM, HOW COULD HE EVER EFFECTIVELY DEFEND AMERICA AS COMMANDER-IN-CHIEF?

You will undoubtedly be answered with objections to the validity, morality or win-ability of the Vietnam War along with assertions that Kerry’s opposition was the right thing to do. Tell them that most Vietnam veterans believe the Vietnam War was the Right War at the Right Time for the Right Reasons and it was worth it!

President John F. Kennedy decided to stop…

ROFLOL……..SO funny!! John, this is the best report I’ve read so far on Kerry’s “Christmas 1968 in Cambodia” episodes, and frankly, if the Khmer Rouge and Nixon were all there, then why not a *hurricane* in the Far East? Makes sense to me………

Now I have heard that the ‘hero’, has been to Cambodia on 4 other occasions. He was pretty busy buzzing up and down the river to and from Cambodia and it gets even better he was ferrying Special Ops personnel to Cambodia, and all the firefights with the Khmer Rouge, that didnt exist until 1972,then back in time to put all that time in on his swiftboat. All this is just 4 months, and was wounded 3 times to boot.
This guy has more sh*t than Carter has little pills.

Mark’s right. Close the windows, there’s another Cambodian skunk outside.

Kerry’s press release states that he was in Cambodia four times, dropping off Spec Forces and/or SEALS. He was mistaken about the Christmas mission, apparently. Never mind that a tall and noisy Swiftboat isn’t the ideal vessel for drop-offs, but maybe Kerry WAS there. So what?

This is a very skillful and lawerly way to deal with this issue, because the Cambodia controversy ripened past its MEANING into a “there, not there” test. It isn’t. It never was, but it could dry up for some people because of this latest explanation.

It’s MEANING is that, Christmas or not, firefight or not, Kerry’s Cambodia claim was used at least 18 times to support a political point, the most lurid being in a speech opposing our “illegal” involvement in Nicaragua. Kerry, agonizing over being illegally ordered into Cambodia (at Christmas!), could bring the mass of his martyred Self to lash down his weightless political views.

His habitual deployment of “experience” and distortion to lend credibility to controvertible positions is a measure of this man. Kerry’s war and anti-war record is a Bayeaux Tapestry of symbolism, facts and flourish, and he put it on the wall FOR POLITICAL GAIN, not as history.

He’s a fantasist. He exploits his background, and when necessary, ours, in the most vain and unbelievable ways for his personal ambition. He’s as mendacious as Bill Clinton, but Kerry at least has some sliver of truth in his beam of lies.

But we have NO way of knowing what is wholly true or not, so we’ve got the repellant task of disputing everything, because everything is BOTH true and false.

Cambodia is just the latest factoid in the Kerry
    legend. This is dirty business.

Are we the only ones that can see through this charade ? Kerry keeps coming out with more and more unbelieveable stuff and the press laps it up as if it were, doggie treats.
    This is just Un(dirty-word)believeable.
Incredibly though Moveon dot org, the dem destruction site, has come out with an anti-Swift-vet ad, they dispute nothing the Swiftees say, but imply as much. They use the Great Senator McCain the media darling, as a refutation of the Swift-Vets.
Politically McCAin and kerry have nothing in common, I think, but yet here is John McCain defending kerry, the same guy who was as much damaged as any of us were yet he defends him. He says the Swiftees are being ‘dishonorable’ by speaking of his friend ‘Hanoi’ John that way
The big question is what does McCAin OWE John kerry ? Talk about two-faced first McCain defends kerry and in the next photo-op piece is talking as if President Bush is his best friend.
I really think McCain has all 6 cans but is lacking the plastic thing that holds the pak together.

C’mon, c’mon…you just gotta start believing. If Kerry says it’s so, it must be the truth, right? But he can’t tell all the facts for reasons of national security, that’s all. Here’s the skinny:

The whole Cambodia venture was a smoke screen to hide the fact Kerry was working deep cover for the CIA and McDonald’s. At the time McNamara, working closely with Nixon, had come up with a plan to place the “Arches” at strategic locations in Cambodia in order to influence the pallates of the North Vietnamese soldiers whose diet consisted mainly of rice, fish and veggies. McNamara’s thought was, once a “Big Mac” got into the daily diet of the NV’s, addiction would take its course and, because McNamara plans for another 20 years of conflict, he felt that the intervening years of “Big Mac” attacks would produce a fat enemy combatant unable to effectively sustain the strain of battle, leading to NV capitulation.

Kerry’s part in the plan was for him to find ideal locations for small, but full service McDonald’s and write the locations (in code) on his undershorts in case he was captured. The hurricane was a planned event to hide Kerry’s presence and divert the NV away from Kerry’s ingress routes.
The dangers of his mission were many; at times, he had to wrestle chickens and garden snakes and the periodic leach. He once came face to face with a barn owl that had to be dispatched with a burst from the .50 he was toting.

McNamara scratched the “Arches” invasion after having seconds thoughts when questions came up about possible violations of the Geneva Convention. Apparently the “Big Mac” comes under the heading of inhumane ammunition and McNamara didn’t want any part of a legal battle that would ensue for years.

Kerry made a fifth trip back into Cambodia just before he left for the states. Somewhere near the border on his way out from the fourth trip he had to make a “pit stop” and somehow lost his shorts with all the location codes on it. Not wanting them to fall into NV hands, he took it upon himself to try and find them by taking an unmotorized rowboat to the location without any crew. He never found the shorts and they never showed up until just recently; when he met Michael Moore for the first time, the Suet hunk was fighting a cold at the time and pulled out a hanky to blow his nose. You guessed it: the O D shorts had somehow found their way after all these years into MM’s possession!!

    The incredibility of it all……!!!!!

  11. comment number 11 by: Sharon

Wow, Frank, you must have gotten this straight from Hurley himself-I’ve heard him say twice that “Kerry may have been mistaken about being in Cambodia on Christmas, but he really WAS there later”, and the last time I heard him say that, he added, “and soon that will be verified”. NOW WE KNOW!!!!

    SHARON……

“and soon that will be verified.”

Translation: As soon as we can find a couple of his loyal crew to coach with a script of how Kerry was instructed by Nixon…..after the inauguration, of course….to plant a nuclear weapon at a strategic Cambodian location. This will be given credence by the testimony of former North Vietnamese Officer, Jen Fhan Kook, who found the weapon while patrolling in his fast boat. Jen Fhan Kook is presently curator of the Peoples War Museum.

We only need to be patient while waiting for the facts to be choreo……presented.

Has anyone suggested to sKerry that he might be due for a psychological evaluation?

  14. comment number 14 by: Rhod

Virginia: The prognosis is poor for narcissists.

Frank: I think you were part of this whole deal, and you’ve unconsciously exposed yourself as a Cambodia conspirator.

While hiding the “truth”, you’ve dwelt upon food…Big Macs, Michael Moore, rice, chicken, veggies, garden snakes, fish and even leaches. Where does Kerry’s fortune come from? Leachamato Sauce is in the works right now. CASE CLOSED!

I’ll be on the phone to Dean, Kucinich, Carville, Gore, MacAuliffe, and the entire Dem Establishment today to tell them we found their imbed.

    RHOD….

I have found that my humor, as weak as it is, is the only thing keeping me from going out of my everlovin’ feeble!! The Kerry Keystones are throwing so much chicken crap around, even the fair media is getting influenced.

This Rassmann character needs to be confronted in prime time by Chenoweth, Thurlow and any of the other Swifties who were on the river during his rescue…..AND we need to demand the enlisted crewmembers who support Kerry get out of the closet of lies.

I see General “GoldBraid” McPeak is supporting Kerry. This is the same showboat who saw fit to change the AF dress uniform to mimic the Navy dress uniform, except for the color. That went over like a fart in church with the troops, people he was so far removed from, they only saw him when he was kissing some politician’s butt. Thank God upon his retirement, the AF reverted back to the more popular style.

Bill McCowan said it best: when you see any enlisted troop wearing a Silver Star, bet your children, they got it the hard way. That was not necessarily the case with the officers, who always seemed to have a chest full of salad for just being in the right place at the right time (this is not in any way meant to demean the officers who REALLY earned their decorations).

  16. comment number 16 by: Sharon

Folks, we’re just going to have to take Sen Kerry’s word that he actually WAS in Cambodia running all those top-secret missions! Today Hurley stated (again) that he KNOWS Kerry was on those missions. He was asked if he had proof of such missions, and said “Yes”. Then he was asked if he had documentation of such missions and he said, “No”. When asked what proof he had, then, he replied, “John Kerry’s word”. So THIS is the “verification” we were promised???
