A new group of Vietnam Veterans opposed to John Kerry, Vietnam Veterans For The Truth is planning a large rally against John Kerry on the Capitol Steps in September. Their slogan is:
Kerry Lied While good men died

I have a friend who is currently serving in Iraq, he made a statement to me that really hit home. He said “we are going to fight this war on terrorism and as a soldier I would much rather fight it over there and not here in America.” Everyone that is screaming about this unfair war should remember 9/11 and know that this war is real. Very real, we can take it to them or they will bring it to us. You decide where you want the battle to be won.
All I can say is as a nam vet who spent 20 years in the army and another 20 years as a cop I like to deal with facts. Kerry is claiming Bush let a lot of jobs be sent to other countries (outsourcing) when it is a fact that “HEINZ” which is his wifes company has outsourced jobs by setting up a majority of their plants overseas. Check out the corporate plants they have in Mexico and Europe.
This is a new petition to remove John Kerry from public office and prosecute him – recommend signature and support.

It’s sad to realise that a VVAW member is actually running for the office of President of our country!
Yes, I served in ‘NAM…three tours…until the Lady Bird rate was fulfilled, and out of 23…2 of us came home.
One of the things I remembered, and confirmed tonight in a local pub, was that the BIG medals (Silver & Bronze Stars) were always reserved for the officers, or “senior enlisted”, and still are!
4 “Hearts” , 5 “Commendations” & 32 “Air medals” later, I still came back to hostile territory, and am still paying for it!
I really wish that we had a candidate to vote for! It’s so sad to realise that we have to choose the lesser of two evils!
