The “Date Rape” of America

THe Obama Administration and Democrats are engaged in the date rape of America.
They enticed the voters with a bunch of sweet nothings:
- A pretty package labeled “Stimulus” (bribe payoffs and other pork barrel)
- One tied with a green bow labeled “Climate Change Legislations” (more payoffs, and the fulfillment of long term leftist Luddite desires)
- A gift card saying “More Stimulus for You” (more vote buying)
- Aa gift bag labeled “Medical Reform” (state control and destruction of another 1/6th of the economy)
They got them drunk on a media fueled euphoria.
Now they are rushing legislation through in order to get their satisfaction – before the victim recovers enough to object!
John, this is about a succinct a description of the
pendingcurrent “rape” of America as I’ve seen. All because Americacouldn’tdidn’t say no to the sweet nothings (and I do mean nothings) whispered into its collective ear by Obama.Excellent analogy.
How dare you so thoughtlessly equate date rape with the Goddess’s gift to us that is Barack Obama, you woman-hating conservative!

Second – you’re absolutely correct. The Obama campaign reminded me of “that guy” whom girls fall for and their girl friends tell them not to date because he’s a sleaze, but she won’t listen and thinks that the girl friends are all haters. Only thing missing from the analogies is how everyone – friends included – ends up getting date-raped and mugged because 53% of the country can’t get their act together.
