Commentary had an excellent article debunking the myths of the Guantanamo Bay detection faciility.
One incident says volumes about modern American culture. At the end of Ramadan, 2002, the guards considered sacrificing a goat for their detainees.
Ultimately they decided not to, for fear of objections by animal rights activists.
