This was obviously done by the administration as a powerful act of diplomacy, punishing those who obstructed our efforts and cost the lives of our soldiers and rewarding those who helped.

Today in Israel a vicious murderer blew up a bus full of innocent men, women and children, killing 20.
Two different Islamic groups claimed responsibility for this atrocity.
That murderer was a preacher from a nearby Mosque.
I am waiting for Islamic groups to condemn the butchery performed in their name.
